PARKER ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
Our full-time, paid internship program is designed for recent graduates in cosmetology who are ready to launch their careers with confidence.
Throughout the program, you’ll learn how to deliver a truly premium guest experience through hands-on, one-to-one training with one of our experienced educators. This personalized coaching and mentorship gives you a meaningful advantage as you build both your technical skills and professional foundation.
Full-time associates can earn up to $36,000 per year and gain access to world-class technical education and training from nationally renowned educators. In addition to individualized coaching, associates enjoy weekly opportunity days to work with their own guests, refine their skills, and grow real confidence behind the chair.

Guest Service Experts
Guest Service Experts are responsible for maintaining the salon front of house. This includes first and foremost, ensuring our guests have a seamless, friendly experience. You will be thoroughly trained to offer our guests additional service opportunities and at-home care.
